Militantropos shows the human condition in the fractured reality of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Bringing together the everyday life changed by war — the fate of refugees, those who have lost everything, and those who remain to fight and resist — the film traces the instinct of survival and the need for closeness. In a world of devastation and cruelty, man is absorbed in war, and it becomes part of himself.
