11. UFF - I rarely wake up dreaming

The relationship of Olga and Oleh, a young Ukrainian couple from the LGBTQ+ community, is undergoing its most severe test at a time when the process of gender correction of one of the partners coincides with the outbreak of a full-scale war. Russian aggression drastically narrows the space of freedom and resists existing definitions of masculinity and femininity. In a world dominated by the rigor of war, the heroes try to save a deep bond, mutual closeness and a sense of their own subjectivity. The film raises one of the most fundamental questions of our time: what does it mean to be a man in a country that fights every day for its existence and its own identity?
