What is massage with the sound of Tibetan bowls?

Tibetan bowls, also called “singing bowls”, are traditional instruments used in meditation and sound therapy. Their vibrations and tones have a harmonizing effect on the body and mind, help reduce stress, calm emotions and restore inner balance.
