Together with Adam Wajrak, we invite you to a story about what fascinating natural adventures await you in Poland. You will learn how to safely spy on animals and who lives near us. Sometimes the most interesting and beautiful meetings do not happen at all far, but literally just around the corner!

Adam Wajrak — journalist associated with Gazeta Wyborcza since the beginning of its existence. It deals with natural issues. Since 1997 he has lived in Teremiski, a village located in the Białowieża Forest, where his numerous nature correspondences come from.

In 2006, he initiated the collection of signatures for a petition on the defense of the Rospuda Valley, for a series of articles on this topic he received in 2007 the Andrzej Woyciechowski Award for the best journalistic material, which significantly influenced the lives of Poles. He is also a laureate of the Association of Polish Journalists Award for a specialist text (1998), and also received the Hero of Europe distinction, awarded every year by the American weekly “TIME” for the defense of the natural environment (2005).

He is the author of the books: “(For) the squeaks of Wajrak”, “Kuna behind the radiator, or our adventures with animals” (with his wife Nuria Selva Fernandez), “The Great Book of Real Trackers”, “This Animal Takes Me”, “Wajrak's Pets” and “Wolves”, “To the North. How I loved the Arctic”. a series of nature comics for children “Dead Forest”, “Undead Forest” and “Call of Carcasses” and a new series “Detective Wróbel” — together with Tomasz Samojlik, children's novels “Lolek” (series Animals). He took part in the book charity project “All the colors of the world” writing the short story “Mr. Needlepoint”.

In TVP2 he hosted the program “Wajrak na tropie”, and on YouTube - the author's channel “Tropem Wajraka.

In addition to watching animals in Poland, she loves polar expeditions.
