About the event

Tom — a charismatic teacher, student favorite, and school theater caretaker — has just had another hit. The premiere of “Romeo and Juliet” ended with a standing ovation, and he celebrates in the company of loving wife Leigh, son Nicholas and closest friends. Perfect evening, perfect family. Until the time. An unexpected call from the headmistress of the school will irreversibly change the lives of the heroes.

How to live with someone you have known for years when a shadow of insecurity appears? Is it possible to trust someone for 23 and a half hours a day and have doubts for the other half hour?

Carey Crim's play is an insightful study of human relationships. The protagonists, balancing between faith and doubt, discover that memory is not a collection of objective facts, but their interpretation — a variable, dependent on emotions and perspectives. And the most difficult question is not: what happened? But who to believe when everything seems true?
