Is that still funny? Laughter is social interaction — and has many equivalents in music, ranging from absurd to subversive. If only we could find the same thing funny. An evening with the orchestra's academics. *** The carpentry concerts are the chamber music heart of carpentry. Here, the musicians decide for themselves: What moves us? What do we want to share? Inspired by new productions on the opera stage and in the carpentry workshop, six evenings are created that bring together the familiar and the hidden. These concerts are personal, unexpected, vivid, the orchestra's secret passions. Music for heart and mind. Six evenings in the carpentry shop. Come by and hear what moves our musicians.
Is that still funny? The liberating laugh about the comedy of life.
