GRADUATE

“Here's to you, Mrs. Robinson” and “Hello darkness, my old friend...” are melodies that can be recognized by the first few sounds... And if we add Dustin Hoffman in his breakthrough role, Mrs. Robinson and one of the most iconic films in the history of cinema to the best tracks... we have a recipe for a great come back! “GRADUATE” in a restored 4K version at two special shows in October - don't miss it!

Benjamin Braddock just graduated from college. In theory, he should have a plan for the future and enthusiastically enter adulthood. The problem is that he has no idea what to do next. Lost in the world of parental expectations and good advice, he tries to find his own way. In addition, things get complicated when Benjamin gets into an affair with Mrs. Robinson, a friend of his parents, and then meets her daughter, Elaine.

Mike Nichols' brilliant, funny and surprisingly timely film has become one of the symbols of youthful rebellion and the beginning of a new era in American cinema. Featuring the unforgettable role of Dustin Hoffman and iconic Simon & Garfunkel music, “The Graduate” reaches out to successive generations of viewers seeking answers to the same questions about adulthood, love and life choices. Although “The Graduate” was created in 1967, it is difficult to resist the impression that Benjamin could be the hero of modern times.
