Abstraction hangs in the air. Workshop on creating mobiles inspired by Hilma af Klint's painting

The first meeting within the new series of workshops MISTRZYNIE will be devoted to the work of Hilma af Klint — a forerunner of abstract painting, creating her compositions long before painters considered pioneers of objectless art.

During the workshop we will make hanging mobile structures inspired by the artist's large-format paintings, which we will display in the form of projections. With the help of colored technical tracing paper, we will copy the shapes, lines, spirals and mysterious symbols from her paintings. We will connect the cut forms together to form spectacular swirling ornaments, ready to hang.

The workshops are aimed at audiences of all ages. Children under 7 years of age can attend the workshop under the supervision of an adult.
