ADÉLA, who has worked with Grimes, Christina Aguilera and Demi Lovato among others, has already had millions listening in on her uncompromising electropop. On 4 September she will release her long-awaited debut album Prima — and on 28 January 2027 she will give her very first Danish concert in Amager Bio.

As a child in Slovakia, ADÉLA taught herself English while dreaming of becoming a pop star with Lady Gaga, Madonna and Beyoncé among her great role models. But before she plunged into pop music, it was ballet that filled her life. She started dancing at age three and moved to London at age 15 to pursue a career as a ballet dancer.

The dream of music still dragged on, however, and it led her since almost 10,000 kilometers west to Los Angeles. Here she settled down, taking music classes at Santa Monica College and participating in the reality competition The Debut: Dream Academy. Subsequently, she followed up the attention with the singles “Homewrecked” and “Superscar”.

In 2025, the debut EP The Provocateur was released, featuring collaborations with such names as Grimes, Dylan Brady of the hyperpop duo 100 Gecs and songwriter Brett McLaughlin (Selena Gomez, Troye Sivan). Christina Aguilera also guested on the video for the single “Sex on the Beat”.
Media outlets such as Vogue, The FADER, Rolling Stone, Cosmopolitan and i-D praised the release, and since then ADÉLA went on tour with Demi Lovato. At the same time, her audience grew significantly: At the time of writing, she has over 1 million followers on Instagram, close to 1.5 million on TikTok and almost 11 million monthly listeners on Spotify.

Now ADÉLA is embarking on the next chapter with her long-awaited debut album Prima, due out on 4 September and featuring sharp electropop, throbbing beats, pulsating synths and her alluring, battle-ready vocals.

After the release, ADÉLA will embark on a major international tour that will bring her to Denmark next year. On 28 January 2027, she gives her first Danish concert in Amager Bio.
