'Affection value' is Joachim Trier's award-winning drama about a family trying to get back together after years of distance. Sisters Nora and Agnes are reunited with their father Gustav, a former famous film director, who returns with a new film project. He wants to create a film based on the family's story — and offers Nora the lead role.

Affection Value is a powerful and touching story about family ties, loss, absence and the longing to be seen by those closest to you. The film has received numerous international awards, including an Oscar for Best International Film as well as six awards at the European Film Awards, including for Best Film, Director, Actor (Stellan Skarsgård) and Actress (Renate Reinsve).
