Aisha Azzam and her husband founded their family grain mill in the Baqa'a refugee camp in Jordan 35 years ago. Through stone painting of wheat and spices for Palestinian cuisine, she preserves the cultural heritage and passes it on to the next generation. The film uses food as a narrative tool to trace the story of displacement and community rebuilding. Won the Audience Award at Hot Docs 2025.
