Academy of World Cinema: Substance

How much are you willing to sacrifice for eternal youth?

An aging TV show star is experiencing the horrific consequences of taking an illegal drug that the provider says is meant to turn her into a younger, better version of herself.

Do you ever dream of becoming a better version of yourself? The same, yet better in every way? Try our new product called Substance. Nothing will ever be the same again. With Substance you can create the other you: younger, more beautiful, perfect. You only have to remember one thing to divide the time between the two of you, the old and the new. A week for one, a week for the other. Perfect balance without any deviations. It's simple, isn't it? If you do not try to bend the rules, everything will be fine.
