Amelka, a girl with a heart of gold, is sent by her stepmother to the Whispering Forest for a pot of black honey.

Amelka's life is not rosy. One morning, her cruel foster mother Phryga sends her to the Whispering Forest for a pot of black honey. Amelka has to make it before sunset, because at night the forest is ruled by a fearful owl. The little girl has little time, but on the way she stops to help everyone she meets. The journey also turns out to be a journey into herself, allowing Amelka to discover her true identity and understand the world around her.

The mesmerizing scenography takes the viewer to the very center of the Whispering Forest. A riot of colours and textures creates a spectacle on par with the actors' creations. Magnetic music and songs fall into the ear and you want to hum them — long after the curtain has fallen.
