Ampacity, Weedpecker, Snakes Snakes Snakes

Weedpecker and Ampacity will play several concerts in Poland in October. Both bands will present tracks from their albums released this year. The guest of the tour will be the band Snakes Snakes Snakes. The space/prog rock album Ampacity Cosmic Indifference will be released on April 24 — it will be the fourth album in the Gdynia group's record and the second released on the Piranha Music label. Stoner Weedpecker has already released their fifth album — V was released on February 27 by Heavy Psych Sounds Records.

In his work, Ampacity combines the influences of psychedelic rock, progressive and alternative music and space rock. The debut album Encounter One from 2013 was widely echoed among fans of guitar music, which resulted in, among other things, an invitation to the OFF Festival. Over the course of 4 years of activity, the team released two more releases, after which it suspended its activities. The revival brought album IV, after the release of which the band toured alongside the groups Dol and Entropia, as well as performed on the stages of Summer Dying Loud, Red Smoke Festival, Mystic Festival and the German Blue Moon Festival.

From the very beginning, i.e. his debut album released in 2013, the Warsaw Weedpecker strongly defined his musical and genre affiliation, creating a mixture of psychedelic heavy rock and stoner. In addition to five albums, the band has performed several European headlining tours during the 14 years of its activity. This year and last year he also took part in several episodes of Heavy Psych Sound Fest, associated with the label responsible for the release of their latest album, V. Percussion for this album was recorded by Zbigniew “Inferno” Promiński.

Łódź's Snakes Snakes Snakes is a quartet formed in 2022 creating rock based on overdriven guitars and mood synthesizers. They included their achievements so far on their debut album Syk, which is filled with ten energetic songs. Despite their short tenure, the band has already performed at Red Smoke Festival 2025, as well as at this year's edition of Road to Mystic Showcase.
