An Evening with Es Devlin

To celebrate the exhibition Es Devlin: Other Worlds, the artist and designer will be in conversation with Chief Curator Johanna Agerman Ross to discuss the influences and creative processes behind her extraordinary practice, from immersive installations and sculptures to landmark projects.

Please note that this event's ticket doesn't include a visit to the exhibition. If you wish to visit the exhibition before the talk, limited tickets are available to book as an add-on - slots are available from 17:30. The exhibition is also open to the public daily, from 10:00 to 17:00.

Spend an evening with British artist and designer Es Devlin, in this special talk chaired by Design Museum Chief Curator Johanna Agerman Ross. Taking place alongside Es Devlin: Other Worlds, this unmissable event will offer a closer look at the ideas, influences and creative processes behind her genre-defying practice.

From monumental stage designs and kinetic sculptures to immersive installations, Devlin creates worlds that transform spaces and shape collective experiences. Hear directly from the artist as she reflects on three decades of work across art, design, music, language and light, and discover the stories and thinking behind some of her most ambitious projects.
