Josh Ritter has spent more than two decades turning big ideas into finely wrought songs. His music has been covered by Bob Dylan, Joan Baez and Bob Weir, while his 11 studio albums include the acclaimed Fever Breaks (2019). His 12th, I Believe in You, My Honeydew, is out now.
Alongside music, Ritter is a bestselling novelist. His debut, Bright’s Passage, was praised by Stephen King for its lyricism, while his second novel, The Great Glorious Goddamn of It All, followed in 2021.
In our hall, Ritter draws on a catalogue that spans folk, rock and literary storytelling.
