Anna Sakowicz — author's meeting

The Pogórze Library invites you to a unique meeting with Anna Sakowicz — a respected novelist, author of books for adults and children and a member of the Literary Union Association. In his books, he combines humor, emotions and important topics that remain with the reader for a long time. She writes about women, relationships, family histories and a past that can affect generations to come. Her work has been awarded and distinguished many times, and the author herself twice received the title of Ambassador of Pomeranian Culture.

Autumn 2026 brings readers a special opportunity to meet the author — on October 22, the second volume of the dilogy “House of Souls” will be published. This is an excellent excuse to talk about the latest books, but also about the backstage of writing, the emergence of heroes, real inspirations and more than a decade of literary work.

During the meeting, you will be able to look behind the scenes of Anna Sakowicz's work, talk about her books and characters, as well as discover the stories behind the creation of subsequent novels.

Admission is free.
