NOTE! The park will this evening be covered with a roof.

ARRIVED IN GOOD TIME

We are a lot of people who are going to a concert this evening, and you need to be aware that it can take a long time to get in to your seat -- especially if you come when the pressure is greatest. So to avoid missing out on the music, we encourage everyone to show up well in advance so that you can calmly find your place before the concert starts.

Plan your trip before you leave home — check on your ticket which entrance you need to use.

When you arrive at PARKEN, please follow the instructions of the controllers and the signage so that you can easily find the entrance you need to enter.

DISABLED PARKING

There are a limited number of handicap parking spaces in the parking lot behind the B-stand, towards Brumleby and closest to the tennis courts. The first come first served principle applies here. Driveway is from Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads and requires a valid disability sign.

Remember you can always pick up your ticket on the United Tickets website here.

If you have passed on your tickets, please forward this information.

Please have your ticket ready for scanning at the entrance, either by phone or on paper.

Each individual scans his or her ticket at the entrance, therefore separate tickets are required.

FRONT SECTION (STANDING SEATS) — INFORMATION

However, no official queuing system will be established.

Binoculars are allowed.

You are allowed to bring an empty water bottle (plastic only), it must be empty at the entrance.

You are allowed to bring small fan signs, but max A3 size — it is up to the Park staff at all times to assess whether it may be a nuisance to other members of the public and therefore risk being confiscated.

You are welcome to bring a small power bank if you need to charge along the way.

You are allowed to bring hearing protection or earplugs, please note that earplugs are sold in the bars.

Only small handbags are allowed, max A4 size — no backpacks allowed.

You are NOT allowed to bring the following into the Park:

Cameras and professional photo equipment, video equipment, sound recorders, selfie sticks, Go Pro etc., iPads, laser pens, fireworks, banners, umbrellas, folding chairs, stools, etc., drinks (packaging inferior), food items, suitcases, large bags and backpacks. To avoid annoyance and unnecessary waiting for both yourself and the other guests, do not bring these items to the concert. There will be body visitation at the entrance.

MERCHANDISE

It will be possible to purchase official APHACA merchandise both outside and inside the Park. You can pay by card/mobilepay, but NOT cash. The stalls outside are open from 2pm.

SECURITY

Safety, as always, is our top priority. Security staff are standard at all our concerts. They are there for your safety as well as for the help and assistance of all concertgoers.

We ask that you as the audience do not bring any unnecessary items and that you help our staff make entry and exit as smooth as possible.

We urge everyone to take care of each other, to keep an eye out for anything that may cause concern, and to avoid creating panic and insecurity. Jumping in the stands is NOT allowed!

WARDROBE

Unfortunately, it is not possible to get rid of the outerwear or bags in a wardrobe in Parken.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the park — this applies to all types of smoking, including regular cigarettes, e-cigarettes, etc. In addition to being against the smoking law, it is extremely bothersome to the rest of the public when this ban is not respected. An outdoor smoking area will be established, which will open after the start of the concert.

CAMERA FOOTAGE

We draw your attention to the fact that the concert will be recorded for subsequent distribution on social platforms, among other things. When attending the concert, consent is given to be part of the filming.

PAY ATTENTION TO EACH OTHER

In order for all of us to have the best possible experience, we encourage you to pay attention to each other and take care of each other throughout the event.
