Apteka and Rzeszow Cellars invite you to celebrate together the 30th anniversary of the cult album “Menda”. As part of the jubilee concert tour, the band will visit ten cities in Poland, presenting live the album, which has been permanently inscribed in the history of Polish alternative rock.

Released in 1996, “Menda” is still considered one of the most important releases of the domestic independent scene. It was this album that established Apteka's position as an uncompromising, courageous and ahead of its time.

Founded by Jędrzej “Kodym” Kodymowski Apteka from the beginning of its activity, it has consistently escaped the genre schemes. Combining psychedelic rock, trance sounds, alternative and musical experiment, the group has charted new paths on the Polish independent scene, inspiring subsequent generations of artists. Kodym is recognized as one of the pioneers of psychedelic rock in Poland and to this day remains an active artist, constantly touring and creating new music.

The concert in Rzeszów Piwnice will be a unique opportunity to hear the album “Menda” in its entirety — exactly as it was conceived. It is a sentimental journey for long-time fans and an excellent opportunity for younger listeners to get to know one of the most important releases of the Polish alternative in concert.
