Archaeoscientists. Mission: The Past

Do you know the archaeonauts?

They are friends of our museum — unique heroes who have very interesting work and know the world of archeology very well! They love mysterious objects and can uncover their secrets from thousands of years ago. Although they explore ancient times, they are fascinated by modern inventions and travel through the ages in a self-built rocket. In the blink of an eye, they can move from a mammoth hunter tent to a medieval tower or visit Celtic warriors.

How does their time machine work? How do they research their finds? Can they hear the whispers of objects? You can find answers to these and many other questions with us! Gather a family team and join the museum fun. Who knows - maybe with proper training you will be able to play the role of archaeonauts yourself?

Archaeoscientists. Mission: the past is a series of museum meetings aimed at families with children aged 7-10 years. Archaeology and history are combined with creative activity, movement and collaboration of the whole family.

Each encounter is a separate mission, during which we will follow in the footsteps of the Archaeonauts, while practicing perceptiveness, manual skills and the ability to solve puzzles. Note: we will use imagination! After all, she gives us the best adventures. We will not hesitate to act creatively, to give vent to artistic visions, to train memory and to acquire new knowledge. All this in order to step by step prepare for independent trips into the past.

Dates of the next meetings:

October — 25.10. (Sunday), 12:00
November — 21.11. (Saturday), 12:00
