Architecture of Trust

With their new production, NICO AND THE NAVIGATORS present a musical theatre evening about the fragile foundations of modern societies: trust. In a world of growing complexity, trust is becoming a paradoxical imposition — not as a moral virtue, but as a silent technique of survival.

The music theatre evening “Architecture of Trust” starts with a blind spot: that inconspicuous self-evident that binds democratic, technical and social systems together. We rely on laws, institutions and expertise whose internal mechanisms we barely understand, and yet we must trust them. This fragility opens up a music-theatrical space: a structure of music, text, image and dance — carried by a complex contemporary sound trail in which pop, classical and new music intersect.

“Architecture of Trust” is not a piece about certainties, but about their erosion. It is not looking for simple answers, but for an attitude: a trust that remains aware of its own fragility — and for a mistrust that does not destroy but keeps the space of critical communication open.
