We invite you to workshops dedicated to communication, cooperation and building agreement in diverse environments. At work, school, community organizations or local communities, we meet people with different experiences, needs and perspectives. It is this diversity that can become a source of new ideas and better mutual understanding.
During the meeting we will use the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, which allows you to translate experiences, challenges and ideas into three-dimensional models. Working with the metaphor makes it easier to look at problems from a distance, to see the barriers that hinder communication and to jointly seek solutions that promote cooperation and the inclusion of different voices in the conversation.
The method is based on the principle of equal participation of all participants — everyone has the space to present their perspective, to be heard and to participate in the creation of common solutions.
For whom?
For team leaders, managers, HR staff, educators, cultural animators, community activists, and anyone interested in building an open, collaborative community.
Why is it worth it?
The workshop will help to better recognize communication barriers, develop the ability to listen carefully and look at situations from different perspectives. Participants will learn practical tools to support dialogue, cooperation and the creation of more inclusive relationships — both in professional and social life.
