Archspire ignites Little VEGA with explosive fusion of tech and death metal

The Canadian darkies of Archspire have nailed their name firmly with seven-inch nails in the metal underworld with their sharp-cut fusion of tech and death metal.

With blazing guitar riffs, blast beats and primal screams, Archspire delivers complex compositions that open the gates to mighty sonic universes of death and destruction. The band has just released the album Too Fast To Die, which has already spawned a lot of praise for a number of international metal media. Among other things, American Blabbermouth writes:

“Too Fast to Die” may be death metal stretched to its most deranged outer limits, but it has color, character and cleverness in plentiful supply. Muziek, but ARCHSPIRE har,,. Too fast? Don't be silly.”

The fifth album in the series once again pushes the boundaries of speed and virtuosity, while keeping a razor-sharp focus on hooks and melodiousness.

The album, recorded in 2025, reunites the band with world-renowned producer Dave Otero (Cattle Decapitation, Khemmis) for the third time. In the process, they locked themselves in his studio in Denver for several months, ruling out all distractions and dedicating themselves completely to the record.

When Archspire knocks the death pedals to the bottom of VEGA on November 17, it will be joined by three special guests: Crown, Magnetar, The Zenith Passage and Analepsy.
