A mysterious boy in a rainbow-colored robe falls from the sky - and the future (!) - in this touching, comical and overwhelmingly beautiful Oscar-nominated science-fantasy animation film that creates a surprising hope for the future of humanity.

In the year 2932. Arco lives with his family high up in the clouds. Wearing capes, they can fly and even travel in time, but not Arco as he hasn't turned 12 yet. However, one night he borrows his sister's robe to test his flying skills. Things go wrong and he has to emergency land in the year 2075, where he meets the girl Iris, her younger brother and the caring robot nanny Mikki. A fantastic time travel adventure that flirts with both Studio Ghibli and all sorts of 1970s science-fiction.
