There are evenings when a man comes to a concert to listen to songs, and he leaves feeling that he has participated in a pretty good conversation. And just for such an evening we invite you to Cavatina Hall.

About the event

It's a night where the songs have something to say.

There are evenings when a man comes to a concert to listen to songs, and he leaves feeling that he has participated in a pretty good conversation. And just for such an evening we invite you to Cavatina Hall.

On stage, Artur Andrus with his band, and Katarzyna Żak — special guest of the evening.
Their meeting has its own history. Artur Andrus is the author of the lyrics of the song “Because if love has an end”, which Katarzyna Żak sang the victory in the Opole “Premieres”. This time, however, there will be no competition emotions or scoring. For this there will be live music, conversation, some anecdotes and a lot of space for what happens between the stage and the audience.
So just a good evening without bloat.

Artur Andrus, Katarzyna Żak and the State.
The rest will be done by the songs.

We invite you to Cavatin Hall for a unique musical meeting, which, we hope, will stay with you a little longer than until the end of the last song.

Artur Andrus — journalist, songwriter, writer, poet, artist endowed with many talents.

This time we will get to know him as a singer, a humorist who will present the author's works, decorate them with comments, anecdotes, and everything he sings and talks about is the result of an extremely insightful observation of our lives. The absurdities of everyday life surround us everywhere, but only Artur Andrus can laugh at them so perfectly. He has an extraordinary sense of humor, a huge distance to himself, his creativity and the world around us. He also has a great affection for man, his weaknesses, ridiculousness and even disgust.

Katarzyna Żak — winner of the audience award at the Opole Festival — guides listeners through the most beautiful Polish love songs, from pre-war slagers to contemporary hits. This is an evening for those who love “to the kill”, are just looking for the right words or healing the heart after parting. It will be lyrical, in places with a grain of salt, but always close to the text and emotion.

The artist has been associated with leading stages in the country for years (including the Wrocław Contemporary Theatre, Rampa Theatre, Och-Teatr, Komedia Theatre). She is the winner of the Golden Mask for “Very Funny Songs”, the author of the albums “It is very pleasant to live” and “Miłosna Osiecka”. In 2024 she released the album “Młynarski — I love you life”, and in 2025 she won the “Karolinka” Audience Award at the Opole Festival.
