Artistic Movement in Cyberiad

On October 20, at 16:00 we invite you to the library branch of Cyberiada for another meeting from the series Artistic Movement. Enrollments apply.

In the spirit of the October Inktober challenge, we will paint with black ink, as well as create our own poetry by darkening fragments of text in a poem-making technique called Blackout Poetry. We will combine both techniques together to create coherent works — announces Monika Konkel from Cyberiada.

Blackout poetry (negative poetry, blacked-out poetry) is a form of literary creativity that consists of creating a new poem from an existing text (e.g. from an old book, newspaper or magazine).
