We are in the year 50 BC. The whole of Gaul is occupied by the Romans. All of Gaul? No! A village populated by indomitable Gauls does not stop resisting the invader. But nothing like this has ever happened to Miraculix before: While Asterix and Obelix are hunting wild boars in the forest, a rare elixir of youth accidentally ends up in a magic potion and transforms the otherwise invincible Gauls into harmless children. In order to find the antidote and save the village from Roman attacks, Asterix, Obelix and their loyal companion Idefix set off on an adventurous journey to the faraway kingdom of Nubia. Meanwhile, Miraculix stays behind in the village and looks after the children...
