Baking workshop for children - sourdough buns with crumbs in!
We will bake sourdough buns together from a dough that has already been mixed. In the dough, bread crumbs are mixed in. Here the old breadcrumbs turn into brand new and delicious buns that you can take home after they are baked.

The baker: Thomas from Flok Nørrebro.
Thomas loves sourdough and loves to bake with others.
Thomas has baked over 10,000 buns for the bakery More Birds. Now he teaches others to bake bread themselves.

There will be four similar baking workshops on the day, they will last about 25 minutes.

There is room for 10 children at each workshop.
There is no registration, but 10 waiting places where the children can sit and wait for the next workshop to start. We find books that the children can sit and browse in but they wait.
