“THE TALE OF THE ICEBERG AND THE QUEEN OF MARY”/GROUP O! THEATRE/PERFORMANCE 4+

7 NOVEMBER (SATURDAY) 11:00

At a time when the world was still so small that “on a lame horse you could ride it in two days,” King Patyk and Queen Tasiemka sat on the throne in the Kingdom of Silver Peak. They loved their daughter, Queen Mary. The girl was very cute, but through constant praise she became spoiled, selfish, capricious and unbearable for others. The old kingdom decided to marry her, hoping that someone's loving heart would change the character of their daughter. But who would want to have such a capricious and selfish wife? Will it be possible to change the queen and what role will the black swan and iceberg play in this? The show teaches children why it is not worth acting selfish and how much friendship, love and being sensitive to another person are worth. The staging combines a lively plan and a puppet plan, abounds in the humorous language of Kornel Makuszyński and a parade of colorful characters. As in any performance of Group O! The theater, including children, are drawn into events and games.

Tickets: 30 zł normal/ 20 zł reduced. Venue: MOK performance hall.
