Fairy Tales from the Kingdom of Lailonia | PREMIERE

The two brothers, fascinated by maps and globes, try to find the mysterious land of Lailonia, which is not on any map. One day a postman brings them an unusual package... bottomless, and in it strange figures that turn the brothers' lives upside down.

Nothing is obvious in Lailonia. Heroes search for their names, lose faces, disappear and appear in the least expected places. One grows humps, the other tries to cheat time, and each of them wants to establish their own rules.

Karol Bijata's performance is an attempt to interpret the philosophical novels of Leszek Kołakowski for the youngest and to find answers to the questions of what makes us ourselves and whether we always have to adapt to others.
