performative workshops for 16 - 25 year olds

About the event

Banda Ujazdowska is a closed workshop group that looks at contemporary and historical choreographic practices and performative creative strategies. During the monthly meetings, we check whether running, lying down, jumping can be artistic tools and whether they can be used for choreography or performance. Together we go all the way: from the first steps together, through diving into the fascinating archives of the CSW in search of inspiration, to the final, in which WE will guide the audience through the castle spaces with movement, gesture and presence. And above all, we'll look at how to create a group where every voice (and movement) matters.

Recruitment for the 2026/2027 season is closed. The call for the next season will be announced in June 2027.
