With Tony Njoku

About the event

Venue: WAU

London-based composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist Tony Njoku meets journalist and host of the BBC program “Lost and Sound” Paul Hanford for an intimate listening session.

Following the listening session of his instrumental EP “A World of Bodies on Fire” released in 2026, Njoku gives a first glimpse of his new project and talks about an art form in which electronic abstraction, ambient textures and classical composition meet raw emotions and lively storytelling. His latest compositions explore the shifting boundaries between body, self and environment, moving between confidential confessions and cinematographic dimensions. With albums such as “All Our Knives Are Always Sharp”, Njoku has established himself as a unique voice in contemporary experimental music.
