The Final Concert of the 62nd Student Song Festival is a project that proves that the greatest hits can sound anew - closer, truer and even more emotionally.
Beata Kozidrak, who as a very young artist appeared on the stage of the Student Song Festival and later became one of the greatest icons of Polish music, returns to the festival stage. “Beata Unplugged” is an intimate version of the artist's work. In this unique formula, Beata Kozidrak is accompanied by four outstanding musicians: pianist, guitarist, double bass player and percussionist. Together they create a space full of lightness and musical intimacy, based on a natural, organic sound.
During the concert, the audience will hear Beata Kozidrak's greatest hits in new, acoustic arrangements — more personal, moody, and sometimes surprising. Well-known songs take on a completely new face in this formula, allowing you to rediscover their emotions, lyrics and melodies. It's not just a concert, it's a real meeting. Without unnecessary distance and barriers. Known for her exceptional contact with the audience, Beata Kozidrak builds an atmosphere of closeness, sincerity and authentic dialogue with the audience. The project was met with enthusiastic reception by the audience, confirming that this form of concert meets the needs of the contemporary audience — conscious, seeking artistic quality, real emotions and direct contact with music. Intimate atmosphere, subtle light, unique arrangements and music that stays with a person for a long time.
The Final Concert of the 62nd SFP will be divided into two parts: Part I — Concert of the Laureates of the 62nd SFP in Krakow Part II — Beata Kozidrak Unplugged
The concert is part of the 62nd edition of the Student Song Festival — the oldest song festival in Poland. For more than six decades, the Festival has been promoting debut artists and works that carry an authentic, creative message. It was here that Ewa Demarczyk, Marek Grechuta, Maryla Rodowicz, Jacek Kaczmarski, Stanisław Soyka, Renata Przemyk and Adam Nowak began their careers.
