Big Sleep are a rock band from Dublin who have made a name for themselves the old-fashioned way; through tireless concert activity and a shared passion for live performances. From Tube shows in tunnels under the M50 motorway to sold-out European tours, their journey has been characterised by instinct, connection and constant evolution. Formed by lead singer Rónán Connolly and Italian drummer Matteo Poli, the band was later completed with bassist Aidan Gray and guitarist Naiara Clarke LaFuente, who joined after a chance encounter involving an illegal rave, a forest and a homemade stage.

Their debut album 'Holy Show' is a conceptually rich and emotionally vulnerable collection of songs that explore love, loss and identity. In Ireland, the phrase “holy show” is used about a chaotic or embarrassing situation, and each of the album's ten tracks delves into its own emotional chaos. Experience it live at the Flea on November 8th.
