The critically acclaimed play by Apphia Campbell tells the story of a successful singer and civil rights activist who seeks redemption after the untimely death of her father. She recounts the journey she went from being a talented young pianist destined to serve the Church to an acclaimed jazz singer at the forefront of the civil rights movement.
The show toured the UK and Australia, met with standing ovations everywhere, and was played to full audiences in Shanghai, New York, Edinburgh and London's West End.
