Bloody Weekend 2026 - Breeder

As a deeply disturbed sex comedy on track into horror land, Breeder, which is already in the running to win awards around the festival world, is the shrill wacky sister of Honeydew, which was shown at Bloody Weekend in 2021.
Russell is in a bit of a black hole in his life. He has devoted his life to a major beekeeping project, but it's hard to find interested investors. Fortunately, the eccentric poodle breeder Patti steps in, who tells him that she would like to fund the whole project. He just needs to do something for her first, too.
In Breeder, a country house certainly isn't always luck, and anything that seems normal can go haywire in the space of zero comma five. Especially when the very same house is owned by a madwoman with breeding on the brain.
