Bloody Weekend 2026 - Colony

If there's one thing director Yeon Sang-ho is good at, it's zombie basques. With Seoul Station, Peninsula and, of course, Train to Busan, he sits as king at the end of the horror table in the booming South Korean film industry.
At a biotechnology conference, a mutating virus escapes, transforming attendees into bloodthirsty creatures with an ant-like shared consciousness. As the outbreak spreads, authorities cordon off the conference building while a small group of survivors struggle to defend themselves -- and understand how to overcome the contagion.
With Colony, Yeon Sang-ho is back with a zombie movie that comes from Cannes to Copenhagen with grotesque mutilations and mushroom-like undead. Let the hunt begin!
