Bloody Weekend 2026 - Imposters

There are big questions at stake when Imposters take a grim look at who we really are when tragedy strikes.
While married couple Paul and Marie try to make do with the local environment of the sleepy little village that is their new home, their newborn baby Theo disappears from his bedroom. Amidst the grief, a mysterious stranger tells them they can have Theo again if they visit a cave in the woods. Marie goes out there — and comes back with a child in her arms. A child who looks like Theo to confusion.
With its relentless exploration of the desperate extremes grief can drive us to, Imposters is related to the sci-fi thriller Redux Redux (Bloody Weekend 2025) -- but in its own right, it's nothing less than a hair-raising enigmatic, shuddering thriller gem.
