Block 1 and Meeting with the Creators

Short form, inspiring cinema — before us are Shorty from the West Pomeranian Voivodeship and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern! After many years of presenting short productions from our province, we decided to extend the scope of this competition to our neighbors. Since there are many creators in our region, we assumed that it is similar on the opposite side of the border. This unique section of the 21st Szczecin Film Festival is an inspiring, cinematic story realized at the junction of two neighboring regions, united not only by geography, but above all by a common sensitivity and passion for storytelling. During this year's screenings, we will present two blocks of short films that represent the lens of local talent, fresh perspective and creative courage. You will see productions that are diverse in genre, and touch on topics that are close to all of us, regardless of which side of the border we live on. The screenings at the Pionier 1907 Cinema will be accompanied by direct meetings with the creator
