Bloomsbury Festival: Sechel and Sensibility

An eclectic revue celebrating Jewish intellectual and creative life — humour, scholarship and imagination set loose for one evening.

Bloomsbury has always been a place where ideas and art meet. To mark the start of term, UCL is bringing together musicians, comedians, dramatists and spoken word artists for an eclectic revue celebrating Jewish intellectual and creative life. The event promises to be playful, provocative and thoroughly good fun. Sechel and Sensibility draws on a remarkable tradition of humour, scholarship and imagination, and sets it loose for one evening in the heart of London’s academic quarter.

This event is part of Bloomsbury Festival 2026.
