The mud we knew so far ceased to exist for a while in the alleys of Bucharest's Floreasca district in September 2025. It was not the end, but a new beginning and a conscious transformation. Keeping the core intact, the band expanded the line-up with a pillar of the Romanian alternative, Ion D, which became the catalyst for the most groundbreaking project of their careers. The album “Atmosfera”, which will be released in 2026 by Astigmatic Records, is a two-act story about the tensions of late capitalism and the search for freedom. It is an album that without regret says goodbye to the label “jazz” in favor of the incessant pulse, psychedelia and Polish-Romanian experiment.

BŁOTO is a Wrocław quartet combining jazz, hip-hop, funk and experimental sounds. The band is made up of musicians associated with EABS, and their distinctive, heavy sound is based on strong groove, improvisation and psychedelic spaces. They draw on both jazz traditions and contemporary urban music, creating a raw, energetic mix that works great live.
