Is polygamy even possible? Yes, if only he can plan well... And Maks is a real expert in this: in his notebook he meticulously writes down the departure and arrival times of the next planes, because each of his three fiancés (Jola, Johana and Janet) are flight attendants of other airlines. Everything is going great until Boeing appears on the horizon — a plane faster than others. The rest is no longer difficult to guess — changing the flight schedule destroys the intricately constructed dating schedule. In getting out of trouble, Max is helped by his cousin Paweł, who arrived from Grunwald, and Nadia, a domestic helper from the East.

The play of the French writer Marc Camoletti “Boeing, Boeing” is a great hit of the world theater scenes. It has been performed in at least 55 countries; it has hit the West End and Broadway, won a Tony Award, and in 1991 saw 17,500 performances and was listed in the Guinness Book of Records in the category “most staged French play”. The play hit the Polish stage in 1964, thanks to a translation by Henryk Rozerowski, under the title “Flying Brides”. During the period of its greatest popularity, in the 1960s and 1980s, it was completed ten times.

After a long break, she returned to the Polish stage under the original title “Boeing, Boeing” thanks to a new, brilliant translation by Bartosz Wierzbięta. The author of translations of such cinematic hits as “Shrek” or “Madagascar” has refreshed Camoletti's slightly irritated farce, skillfully transferring the funniest content of the original to Polish realities.

The license to use the works was granted by the Association of Authors ZAiKS.
