A brilliant, humorous and warm story about the intertwining of everyday dilemmas with dilemmas of a (literally) biblical scale. Ella is a single mother raising an autistic son and a down-to-earth realist and atheist. Perhaps this is what makes her a great psychotherapist. One day, she agrees to welcome a distraught patient into her home — the mysterious Mr. B.
