In a near future in Blokhavn, 24-year-old craftsman Ali lives in the ghetto area of Valhalalparken with his wife Yasmina. Their everyday lives change drastically when wealthy man Jasper Puch sends high-tech robots into the labor market, which immediately take over the job positions of the underprivileged. The residents of Valhalal Park, including Ali and Yasmina, lose their income and are reluctantly forced away to rehouse on Lolland-Falster.

Meanwhile, the robots set about demolishing the Valhalal park so that expensive liebhaver apartments can be built for the rich citizens. Ali, however, refuses to let go of his beloved hometown and decides to gather his old group of friends Hassan, Davito, Ahmed, Abdi and Musti, though they are no longer on speaking terms. Ali succeeds in persuading them, and together they embark on a whirlwind and crazy adventure battling the robots Press Release and Jasper Puch to win back their jobs and their beloved Blokhavn.
