FOR HERNIAS & CRYING WE GIVE WAY TO ALL OF LIFE'S ACID REGURGITATION COMPLETELY WITHOUT TURNING EYES
Are you tired of your boss, have you stumbled on a doorstep, have you experienced something traumatic, or are you in doubt whether you should be with your partner? Bring it all!

In a community of solidarity, we encourage you to complain anonymously about big and small print in three categories:

The constructive -- where the audience gets to give good advice.

The compassionate -- where we show our sympathy without interfering.

The unsaid -- which remains unsaid.

The audience enshrines its hernia on banknotes, after which host Sofie Riise Nors reads them aloud to the community.

Having rounded the hernia from “the constructive” off, we toast in unison and say: “Take what you can use”.

To “the compassionate,” we toast and say, “We can understand that.”

At the end, we shred all the notes as a ritual and toast in unison: “Broke, burn, intoxication”.



There is plenty to complain about — and here we give the hernia the space it deserves.

Come and grieve, laugh, cry, toast and whole.



Sofie Riise Nors is an illustrator, writer, cartoonist, satirist, feminist, television presenter and lecturer.

The concept was developed by Sofie Riise Nors, Cecilie Nørgaard and Mette Mut in the feminist value community Over Broen 2021-2024.
