Come in free and attend the Royal Ballet's morning training session, which today has moved from a rehearsal hall to the Store Stage. Morning training is the foundation stone of the company's technical prowess, and it is fascinating to watch the dancers work at the bar as they fine-tune their bodies for the day's rehearsals and performances. August B stands for the coffee and a little for the little hunger, which can be bought in the cafe from 09.00.
The event is free but requires you to pick up a ticket. Tickets for the individual dates are released three weeks prior.
Should the event be sold out, you can still stop by on the day and with a high probability of a seat. Often there are absences from some who have taken a ticket, and the seats are distributed among the attendees just before the event starts.
