British Sign Language users are invited to Sir John Soane’s Museum for a specially designed after-hours tour led by Deaf guide John Wilson, to explore the Museum’s latest exhibition, Michael Landy: Future Ruins.
Led by expert BSL guide John Wilson, this special tour offers an engaging introduction to Landy's extraordinary work, including dramatic visions of the Bank of England, Mar-a-Lago, Chatsworth House, and Sir John Soane's Museum itself transformed into future ruins reclaimed by nature.
This exclusive tour invites you to explore a fascinating world where some of the world's most recognisable buildings are reimagined as overgrown, abandoned ruins, asking us to consider how architecture, power and society change over time, and what remains when even the grandest monuments begin to fade.
Lasting around an hour and limited to 12 people, these tours led by Deaf guides are exclusively for D/deaf and hard of hearing visitors.
As there are a limited number of spaces available for this event, please email Markand Patel ([email protected]) to register your interest or join our wait list for tickets.
Please let us know if you have any additional access needs that may require support. You will receive an email confirmation with further information.
