bstok. ms — Bialystok Microsoft Supporters Group #34

Another meeting of the Białystok Group of Microsoft Supporters will be held soon!

07.10.2026 at 18:00 we will see you in Climate Change FLOOR LOWER in Bialystok!

The program of the meeting will be somewhat less standard — the first part will be filled with a technical lecture by Paweł Smorczewski, while it will be followed by a full-fledged discussion panel led by Marcin Iwanowski.

In the case of localization, there is also a small change — we meet at the top of Climate Change instead of the bottom.

Of course, without outside support, our meetings would not be possible, so cooperation with our partners is an inherent element!
4BEARS, Euvic, JetBrains, Sii — thank you for the opportunity to implement such events!

Here is the agenda of the meeting:
Start and networking — 18:00

Start of the main part — 18:30
Session I — 18:40 Paweł Smorczewski — “How to limit an AI agent without limiting business?” In this technical session, I'll show you how to design a guardrails architecture that doesn't block developers or business. We will focus on how to control the identity of agents, connect a central point of traffic control and effectively block the exfiltration of sensitive data.

Break — 19:30
Discussion panel — 19:40 Marcin Iwanowski — “Life has no SLA: About career, fun and everyday work in the Microsoft world.” We talk about technologies every day. This time we will talk about the people who work with them. What still gives us fun when it is worth changing professional direction and does development have to mean more certificates or promotion to manager? A panel about career, money, ambition and life off screen — with the experiences of practitioners of the Microsoft ecosystem, without slides and reality glazing.

Completion of the main part — 20:30
Netzwerk — 20:50
Closing — 00:00
