This time, the Young Viewer Archipelago takes us into the world of local stories, traditions and Pomeranian heritage.
Theater in Blokowisko
For whom: children aged 5—9 years.
Does amber really bring good luck? What secrets are hidden in the streets of Gdańsk, coastal beaches and Pomeranian forests? Or maybe the heroes of ancient legends still live right next to us?
“Amber brings happiness, but...” is a theatrical expedition full of humor and surprises through Gdańsk and Pomerania. Together with the heroes, viewers will visit well-known places, but they will look at them from a completely new perspective - through the eyes of imagination, legends and old stories. On their way, they will meet extraordinary inhabitants of Pomeranian fairy tales, discover the secrets hidden in local stories and see that any journey can become the beginning of a great adventure.
Zhenya Davidenka
A performance for viewers from 5 to 70 years old.
This is a series of meetings with the children's theater. We are going on a journey through the islands. Each of them has a different story — about emotions, nature, poetry, courage or the place where we live. Each performance shows a young audience a different piece of the world. Once it helps to better understand yourself, other times it encourages you to look closely at what is around. This is a program that develops imagination and in an interesting, accessible way invites children to discover art.
The project financed by: Profikultura Gdanski Digital Addiction Prevention Program was funded under the Municipal Program for Prevention and Resolution of Alcohol Problems and Drug Addiction Prevention for the Municipality of the City of Gdańsk.
