Cage The Elephant — + Villanelle

Cage The Elephant have never felt comfortable in a traditional framework. Instead, they instinctively and uncompromisingly followed inspiration without looking back. As a result, each album was a kind of creative revival for the Grammy® award-winning band — Matt Shultz [vocals], Brad Shultz [guitar], Nick Bockrath [guitar], Matthan Minster [guitar, keyboards, backing vocals], Daniel Tichenor [bass] and Jared Champion [drums]. The same can be said of their gigs — no stage seems large enough to accommodate their unbridled energy and undeniable charisma.

For two decades, they have been co-creating the face of alternative music and culture, gathering crowds of fans around the world. From the very beginning, Cage The Elephant has eluded all attempts to pigeonhole. In 2006, they broke through from Bowling Green, Kentucky, combining dreamy melodies with raw garage rock, noise and punk energy. Their career has resulted in over 10 billion streams, dozens of gold, platinum and multi-platinum certifications, and numerous #1 songs on the Alternative Radio and Triple A Radio charts. The band won GRAMMY® awards for their albums Tell Me I'm Pretty [2015] and Social Cues [2019], and received nominations for Melophobia [2013] and Neon Pill [2024]. Their enduring popularity is also confirmed by the phenomenon of “Cigarette Daydreams”, which has exceeded 1.5 billion plays on Spotify. In 2025, Cage The Elephant performed as a support on the Oasis Live '25 Tour, one of the most important tours of recent years.

In 2026, the band begins another chapter in their history - for the first time in two years they return with new music and announce their first full-length album released by Big Loud Rock. The first trailer for the new material is the single “Beaches In Tennessee”, combining the band's signature energy with a more personal and mature outlook on life.

As a special guest at the Cage The Elephant concert, Villanelle will perform!

VILLANELLE is the fresh force of British rock — a trio that combines raw guitars, strong melodies and the energy known from the best concerts. Inspired by the works of Nirvana, The Smashing Pumpkins or Dinosaur Jr., they sold out their first shows even before they released music. Currently, their latest singles “Hinge” and “Placebo” announce the debut EP “Measly Means”.
